Pacific, a five piece band, was set up in the summer of 2004 to fill a gap for functions that required a wide spectrum of tastes in music. They found that clients enjoyed a good mix of ceilidh and covers with the odd smooth jazz number to relax to. All members of the band bring a wealth of wedding and function experience from other bands but now feel that they have found the perfect combination to please everybody. The quality of real musicianship to be found in the band is hard to find these days where most bands are using backing tracks. The band take pride in their ability to deliver a final content which is fresh and to a high standard where the dance floor is never empty . The band also have the usual lighting expected from a function band. Here is a run down of the members and instrumentation.
