The band were always professional and well presented.  They set up quickly and with little fuss which was great especially since we all required to stay in the room during set up.  The mix of jazz/swing, ceilidh and pop was great and we together with all our guests loved the music.  Sonja was great at responding to our queries quickly on the run up to the wedding and the band were great with some of the requests made by our guests, including the somewhat strange brush dance!  An excellent band which helped make our day even more memorable! Thank you

Mr & Mrs Kemp
Oroco Pier, South Queensferry - December 2009

Hi Sonja,
Just a quick note to thank you and the guys so much for a great job at our wedding, everything was perfect and everyone loved you guys too!! The southerners particularly enjoyed the reel tuition which went down really well. We will definitely be recomending you to anyone who wants a band!!

Tom & Charlotte Darling
Duns Castle - December 2009

Pacific are a professionally turned out band, playing a variety of music to suit our function.  The dance floor was packed all night which really got our party going.  The volume of sound was commented upon as being ‘just right’, ie not too loud, which suited the varied age range of our guests.  Communication prior to and during our event was friendly and cooperative, making it a pleasure to deal with Sonja and Graham.  We would recommend them for any similar function.

Murrayfield Hospital
Edinburgh International Conference Centre - December 2009

Working with Pacific for our recent wedding fayre was a fantastic showcase of the band and their capabilities. Many brides who visited the event did stay longer due to the band's performance which was a great advertisement for both the hotel and Pacific. I have recommended them to many guests and would have no hesitation to book them for an event at the hotel.

Susan Busby, Wedding co-ordinator
Shawlands Park Hotel, Larkhall - September 2009

We thought you performed brilliantly at our wedding – the first dance was wonderful and we had lots of people telling us how amazing they thought your voice was Sonja and how diverse as well – you sang such a range of different songs.

Mr & Mrs Rodger

All members of your band were approachable and friendly. Your music was exactly as we had asked and very well played. I think the mix of music types was appropriate and well laid out. We all really enjoyed dancing to it! The band seemed to enjoy themselves too which made things even more fun!

Graduation Committee
Glasgow University, Garscube Estate - July 2009

The band played an excellent set with a good variety of music which suited all age groups and had everyone up on the dance floor! We were very impressed with all of the contact and emails you provided prior to the wedding, kept us well informed, put our minds at ease and saved us a lot of stress.Very professional and courteous. Excellent Entertainment. We will be recommending the band to all.

Mr & Mrs Winter

I would just like to say a big thank you. The band was amazing and the mix of music was perfect. The guests were very impressed with the band and also really enjoyed the entertainment you provided. You made a perfect evening to our wedding day.

Sallie and Craig
Garvock House Hotel, Dunfermline - June 2009

Pacific have accomplished themselves as somewhat a resident band here at Glasgow’s Princes Square. As an establishment known for its elegant and sophisticated surroundings we could not have found a more suitable group to answer our entertainment requirements. Run by modestly young, energetic and enthusiastic musicians they play a wonderful selection of Jazz, swing and easy listening numbers to a high standard - a pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

Jane Cowan Centre Manager until April 2009
Princes Square, Glasgow - April 2009

On the night of the wedding they played a great variety of music and the dance floor was packed all night.

Pacific are extremely professional and well presented and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a band. They helped us to create an unforgettable and perfect day.

Mr and Mrs Burke
Marriott, Edinburgh

Pacific have played here at Auchen Castle on a number of different occasions and each and every time the dance floor is packed and jumping with guests! From a Hotelier's point of view, not only is it vital that the entertainment is absolutely fantastic, but also they need to be flexible and supportive to the Hotel Staff and work with us to ensure everything runs smoothly on the night for all involved. Pacific are always very cooperative in changing timings, etc if need be and they are certainly a band we are happy to recommend to our future clients.

Heather Tait
Manager - Auchen Castle

Amazing, very professional. You made our day very special. Your choice of sets, music arrangement etc. was brilliant.

Mr and Mrs Breaden
Birnam House Hotel

Extensive set list of pop, jazz and swing. Perfect for an audience where age groups are mixed (e.g. weddings).Flexible and accommodating not formulaic as many bands are (instrumental, pop, swing, jazz and ceilidh music all performed in one evening). Willing to fit in rather than be fit around, very polite and pleasant and excellent value. Above all, a talented group of musicians and singer.

Mr and Mrs Bell

An outstanding performance, my guests are still commenting on how great Pacific were - 4 weeks later! They were highly professional and simply a pleasure to deal with prior to our wedding. All musical tastes were catered for and they even learnt a new song, just for us - nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Pacific and would certainly deal with them again in the future.

You provide a first class service, very smartly presented (all our old relatives (and my friends!) where most impressed!) and highly professional. Thank you for everything, especially Sonja for the friendly and prompt replies to my abundance of emails! It was a pleasure to deal with you all, especially in the stressful run up to the wedding - it was comforting to know we could rely on you. A fantastic end to a wonderful day - thank you for making our day all the more special.

Mr and Mrs Piper
Huntingtower Hotel

Kirsten and myself could not be happier with the way things went for our Big Day and you and the rest of Pacific certainly played your part in the evening to the fullest, absolutely fantastic. It was great to see everyone up and enjoying themselves and we shall treasure the days memories.

Mr and Mrs Thow

Just to say a big thank you to you and the rest of the band for the fantastic music and entertainment you provided at our wedding at Boturich Castle 7th June. Our guests and us thought you were amazing, we didn't want you to leave! I would also like to say that it has been great to be able to contact you in the months leading up to the wedding, you have always responded to emails immediateley and we are thankful of this. We will be recommending you to all! Thanks again for making our day extra special, we couldnt have asked for a better band.
