Hip Operation were outstanding, very professional, and kept everybody up on the dance floor all night, and despite being a marquee, there were no complaints about noise. Many thanks for playing at my daughter’s 21st party.

Dear Band, 
I just wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed Saturday's event, and to thank you for a splendid evening's entertainment. It was fantastic. I have never known British people willingly get up and dance, in such large numbers, without being pushed - and I don't think it was just down to the high proportion of former PE teachers present. The music was truly great, the ambience was magic, you were wonderful... I could go on. Thank you so much for such a good evening. I'm not planning another event like this one in a hurry but I'll certainly recommend you to any of our friends planning their own events. You were all wonderful !

Eleven years of playing together has ensured that `Hip Operation` is an outstanding professional and highly entertaining combo. Fronted by a female and two male vocalists who are, in turn, underpinned by four seasoned instrumentalists, this highly experienced band is extremely versatile and has the ability to deliver (live) a broad spectrum of classic material from the past forty years (from covers to ceilidh) with commitment and style. Their reputation and live performances over the years have elicited invitations to play events from Charity Balls to Beer Festivals in locations from Brechin to Brussels. `Hip Operation` have consistently proved they can `hit the button` whether it be a barroom or baronial seat!
