Stuart Blackwood
Stuart Blackwood is a very entertaining guitarist and singer. He can play as a solo artist for your ceremony and drink reception or as a duo with Flute, keys or another guitarist. Stuart is always open to requests and can even lead the congregation at a church ceremony if needed. He is however able to sing and play a multitude of songs from different styles.
The usual at a wedding would be: singing as your guests are arriving, as you come down the aisle, during the signing of the register, as you both leave and during the drinks reception.
He recently provided entertainment for a Christmas dinner in a remote country hotel in Pitlochry. Of course, Christmas songs were the order of the day along with a sing along for the guests.
Stuart can also be hired as a singing telegram and has been hired to sing a love song while the man is proposing to his lady. How about a singing birthday present or just a surprise. It's your choice really.
If you go for a duo, you can expect harmony vocals with both the guitar guitar combination or guitar keyboard combination.
Stuart is also lead singer in the band Sound Cradle and the audio clips above are recorded with the band.
You might think this was the end of the story but Stuart is also lead singer in a Beatles Tribute Band called Candle Stick Park where he is Paul McCartney. The band recently played the biggest Beatles festival in the world in Washington DC.
