    The Cairn String Quartet



    Cairn String Quartet available for weddings in Scotland from Glasgow to Edinburgh, Fife, Perth, Stirling and Falkirk.


    Each player of The Cairn String Quartet can boast having studied at the prestigious Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow. They have played at a number of masterclasses, namely with the Scottish Ensemble, Vellinger Quartet and the Lindsay Quartet to mention just a few.

    The Quartet have experience of playing for weddings, both at receptions and civil or religious ceremonies. They can offer advice on choosing special music for special moments, such as the entrance of the bride and the signing of the register. Whatever your choice, live music always enhances your day, and provides wonderful memories. The quartet also work with an arranger who can rework your favorite piece for the day given enough notice.

    They have also played for formal dinners, golden wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, corporate events. Functions large and small, indoors and outdoors!

    The cost for a string quartet is always going to be more expensive than a solo musician as there are four player to pay although the Cairn String Quartet have a very competitive price starting at £345.
